Development of a Prime Neighbourhood Shopping Centre with Residential Towers above in Sydney’s Western Suburbs.

Portico Plaza was a two stage mixed development comprising of Woolworths' first new style full-line supermarket, department store, 30 specialty shops & 143 residential apartments above.

The project was owned, development managed and built by Symond Group with in-house architectural, project management and construction management departments. Stage 1 of the project was successfully completed ahead of the forecasted time and budget. The Stage 2 residential development site above the centre was successfully sold with DA approval.
